Requirements to Hire

Valid UK / EU driving licence

You are required to have held a full UK / EU licence for a minimum of 24 months. If your driving licence isn't in your current address we require a bank statement / utility bill dated within 2 months showing your name and address.

Valid debit or credit card in your name

Personal hirers are required to provide a debit or credit card in your name for payment upon booking. Please bring this with you to collect your vehicle.

Business hirers should provide a debit or credit card in the business name however this doesn't need to be presented at the time of rental.

Your passport OR a bank statement/utility bill

You are required to provide a second form of ID being a valid passport or a bank statement / utility bill dated within 2 months showing your name and address.

Drivers are required to be aged 21 or over

You can hire from us providing you are over 21 (young driving insurance applies) and have held your licence for over 24 months.

Making a Reservation

To make a confirmed reservation for a hire vehicle we require a valid debit or credit card in the hirer or drivers name.

Cancelling a Reservation

A hire booking may be amended or cancelled, and refunded, or a credit note supplied, up to 48 hours prior to the start of the hire. Hires cancelled within 48 hours of the hire start time are non refundable. Any booking for 5 days or more, will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee, or payment non refundable within 48 hours of the start of the hire time.
